Food Service Manager

The Food Service Manager directs the food service program to ensure that all residents receive wholesome, properly prepared food that meets regulatory nutritional requirements. Develop and monitor department policies and procedures. Control department costs and ensure compliance with regulatory agency codes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Nutri-kids or Nutri-students software.
  • Ability to navigate the internet.
  • Certified Dietary Manager or Associate degree in food or nutrition preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of food or nutrition experience.
  • 2 – 4 years supervisory experience.
  • Maintain a good driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Possess a current Food Manager Certificate.
  • Possess a current First Aid and CPR card
