Human Services Technician (HST) (I or II)
The Human Services Technician I or II provides for the needs of youth, maintains a safe and healthy learning environment and teaches independent living, socialization and problem solving skills, relates with care and concern in teaching basic living skills, positive values, and responsibility to youth in our care. Under supervision provides group, individual and family skills training components as directed by the client’s individual treatment plan. (Must be at least 21 years of age). The HST II works as the leader of the shift to ensure other staff are following the daily assignment board, working efficiently as a team, following scheduled break times, and that the rounds board is never set down and someone is on the floor monitoring resident safety checks at all times.
The Unit Manager is responsible for the overall case management of clients. The Unit Manager is also responsible to provide leadership and supervision to the treatment team.
Cambia Hills will operate 24/7 with shifts available for 1.0 and .7 FTE.
Registered Nurse (RN). Promotes and restores residents’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to residents, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. The candidate will love working with children/adolescent population and have extensive experience communicating with youth.
