Responsible for management of referrals and admission process to Cambia Hills of East Bethel. Responsible to promote excellent internal and external relationships.

Quality Analyst

The Analyst supports the facility’s overall performance improvement, safety, and overall quality management.

Quality Performance Manager

Through collaboration with other leaders of the agency, the Quality Manager plans and directs activities of the facility to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Works to build an organizational facility that holds itself to the highest ethical standards and quality standards. Oversees the Performance Improvement, Quality assurance, Safety and Quality Management functions.

Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN). Promotes and restores residents’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to residents, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. The candidate will love working with children/adolescent population and have extensive experience communicating with youth. We’re looking for a highly professional RN who is comfortable reassuring parents and communicating with doctors as well as tending to the needs of his or her residents. Technology Support Specialist

The Technology Support Specialist will be involved in all aspects of technology support: hardware/software researching, sourcing, set-up, administration, installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance. This position will work closely with our 3rd party hosting vendor.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist will handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills and a positive attitude.

Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager, in collaboration with the Medical Director and Nursing Director, provides leadership, guidance, direction, clinical supervision and management of the delivery of clinical services for the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.

Unit Manager

Unit Manager is responsible for the overall case management of residents. The Unit Manger is responsible to provide leadership and supervision to Mental Health Therapists and to the treatment team.

Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN provides clinical duties, evaluates and monitors the health and safety of the residents, takes care of medication administration, provides first aid tasks as needed. The LPN works as an educator to the residents and their families, may provide group facilitation, collaborates with the treatment team, and works closely with the Psychiatrist providing scribe duties. The LPN is also responsible for performing clerical functions and documenting related to record keeping and general office functions in a timely manner

Mental Health Practitioner at Cambia Hills of East Bethel

The Hills Youth and Family Services seeks a full-time Mental Health Practitioner for our brand new Cambia Hills of East Bethel Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.

Human Services Technician

The Human Services Technician provides for the needs of youth, maintains a safe and healthy learning environment and teaches independent living, socialization and problem solving skills, relates with care and concern in teaching basic living skills, positive values, and responsibility to youth in our care. Under supervision provides group, individual and family skills training components as directed by the client’s individual treatment plan.

Food Service Manager

The Food Service Managerr directs the food service program to ensure that all residents receive wholesome, properly prepared food that meets regulatory nutritional requirements. Develop and monitor department policies and procedures. Control department costs and ensure compliance with regulatory agency codes.

Staff is hired based on qualifications and aptitude for a particular position. In considering an applicant, attention is given to education, experience, and specific needs of the agency.

Employment requirements may include:

  • Tuberculosis skin test
  • Criminal background check, including fingerprinting
  • Department of Motor Vehicle history checks
