Therapist and Play Therapist
The Cambia Hills of East Bethel seeks a full-time Therapist and a Play Therapist for our brand new Cambia Hills of East Bethel Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. The Therapist positions provides individual, group, and family therapeutic services to residential youth; provides leadership, training, and clinical guidance to the treatment teams and participates in clinical and multi-disciplinary team meetings to help provide clinical feedback in the development of treatment goals,; conducts diagnostic assessments; provides clinical supervision to MHPs and license-eligible staff.
Possess a current Minnesota licensure as a Mental Health Professional as defined by DHS
(LICSW, LMFT, LP, LPCC) or license eligible. Registered Play Therapist Certificate required for Play Therapist position.
Two years post licensure work experience with adolescents in a day treatment or residential
care facility preferred.
Possess strong leadership, organizational and time management skills along with effective verbal and
written communication skills.
Experience working with adolescents demonstrating behavioral and mental health disorders.
Experience providing individual, group and family therapy.
Working knowledge of Minnesota Intensive Day Treatment [IDT]; Children’s Therapeutic Support
Services [CTSS] and Residential Severely, Emotionally, Disturbed [SED] practices and requirements.
Proficient in keyboarding, Microsoft Office and clinical software systems.
